Eliot is an ambassador of the Akram Kingdom that is stated on Luna. When Visitors first visit Luna, they will be unable to communicate with Luna's inhabitants until Eliot teaches them the Luna language. Although Eliot is kind and friendly, he always tries to suspiciously change the subject whenever anyone makes any mention of the Akram Kingdom's runaway prince. |

More man than gentleman, Pavrick is recognized by his thick, gruffy beard and renown for his propensity for drinking alcohol. Although most people are turned off by his coarse personality, they appreciate his expert blacksmithing skills and talent. Like Mairath on Junon, Pavrick can refine weapons and armor for the Visitors if they can pay his fee and bring the required Talisman or Bindrune. |

Despite the hardship he suffered during his childhood, Ishtal has proven to be a wise, impartial and compassionate Eucar Judge. One of Ishtal's main political agendas has been to achieve social equality for the disenfranchised Shamanists on Luna who have been oppressed for generations. Although Ishtal faces great opposition from the Luna elders, his modesty and kind personality have won him great popularity amongst Eucar's citizenry. Recently, Ishtal has been concerned about Pabel's missing sister and has been investigating her disappearance. |

A strikingly beautiful girl with shimmering silver hair, Est is the head
of the Shamanists on Luna. Although she is only twenty-two years old,
Est was given ceremonial leadership of the Shamanists after the former
Head Shamanist, her best friend, passed away. Est stands near the
entrance to the Forgotten Temple. |

Olleck Basilasi is the well spoken leader of the Arumic Faction based on the planet of Luna. Although he is one of the Elders, he is quite progressive and draws flak from conservatives for his tolerance and cooperation with the Shamanists. He is a logical person who is known to think deeply and carefully before committing to action, but once Olleck Basilasi acts, he can be very aggressive. Basilasi helps the Visitors by providing them with his sage advice, and saving their Respawn Points in the Magic City of the Eucar. |

Anzhelika is a beautiful woman who runs the tavern in the Magic City of the Eucar. She maintains good personal relationships with the other citizens, but most married women don't seem to like her. She's particularly fond of children, who love her as well. Anzhelika closes the bar twice a week because of her chronic illness, much to Pavrick's chagrin. Visitors can purchase Food items and Eucar Return scrolls if they visit Anzhelika. |

A hot tempered girl with a tendency to lose things, Illiya works for the Luna Station located on the western outskirts of the Magic City of the Eucar. She provides transport services to Junon and Eldeon, and makes sure that all her passengers are comfortable and content in their travels. Although she is known for her kind and gentle smile, there are rumors that she used to box. Illiya is also one of the few people in Eucar that isn't prejudiced against the Shamanists. |
