Created to traverse deserted fields in a short span of time, the development of the four wheeled Cart
revolutionized travel in the world of ROSE. The accessibility and convenience of long distance travel
naturally
encouraged cultural trade and exchange within the seven planets, and resulted in
the overall evolution of
civilization.
In the year 604, the era of Hearts, Anthony Flight developed the Mana Engine, a device which is
able to convert Mana Stream into energy usable by machines. It is this Mana Engine, which requires Mana Oil
in order to run, that powers the locomotion of the four wheeled Cart. |

As more and more people started to drive Carts, the planet of Junon eventually suffered from serious
air pollution. Because of this air pollution issue, the Akram Kingdom temporarily ceased the issuing of
Cart driving licenses. But there is a rumor that Mildin in Junon Polis privately teaches people how to drive
a Cart. It will be easier to learn how to drive a Cart if you have some knowledge about a Cart beforehand. |

For low grade Carts, it is possible to obtain parts from NPC shops, or to get parts created by Dealers and
Artisans. For high grade Carts, only Dealers or Artisans can create the parts that you will need..
Cart parts are made with wooden materials and metals that can be found in NPC shops and requires special
materials which are only produced in specific areas.
A Cart design is also required to assemble the parts into a
functional Cart.
