Inquiry board or while in-game will not be accepted. |

Right after we receive and accept your report that your account has been stolen, the account in
question will be temporarily suspended until the end of the investigation.
You can check your report and our responses on the Report History board.
Your report will be shown in 4 different stages of progress:
Pending ¡æ Received ¡æ In Progress ¡æ Finished.
The investigation and restoration will take at least 14 business days after the report is submitted |
