I a problem too

When I test of me connected on rose online it puts a message like what
to me my ID and blocked and in spoken has GM or GT I know more ^^ but
it makes me this message whereas I have been able not played
this yet is normal?

Gameguard execution error occurred.
please send all files with extension of '.erl'in GameGuard folder located in the game's folder to game@inca.co.kr.

What is this? a hacker? its when i push at Play Rose Online

what can i do about it ?

when i delete my gameguard then i cannot trow 3 things away its says its already in use... so thats a hacker?? please help me

ah i keep getting error 380 idk even closeto how many sscans ive done i dotn no who to look at my avg firewall i cant find the program nay where on windows firewall also i had this problem before i even dl avg idk what the problem is

Try to turn off all your antiviruses and firewalls - it must help you. For example, i have problem until i turn off my Outpost firewall. Then i create rules for GAMEGUARD.DES and GAMEMON.DES and ROSEONLINE.EXE and its okay now

probably sumthing new we will get blamed for this happened b4 were i culdnt log in 4 like 1 mth.and ddnt get any time added they kept tellin me it was my prtoblem but it ended up a gameguard problem and i wasnt the only 1 with the problem .we kept being told not enuff ppl had the problem . hope they fix it soon. now i cant even load or delete the game from my cpu.and it is crashing my whole cpu complete shutdown.

For this i think you basicly just delete the Game Guard folder in your rose folder then when you run rose and it gose to the Game Guard it will auto install again and that should fix the issue of the corruption so it says here http://www.roseonlinegame.com/forum/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=5990...

well im having the old fashion 380 error but all the stuff you said doesnt work i even added everything to exceptions, turned off firewall, turned off virus protection and restarted my computer and i still get the error, id need some feedback please.

These are taken from our FAQ. Please try looking in the FAQ first for errors since most errors do have a noted cause and solution.
If you require further assitance you can write a 1 on 1 inquiry for personal troubleshooting assistance or do as stated by the FAQ and submit the noted files to the GameGuard support center for help as well.

Error 110:
Official Error Description: GameMon is already running. Either close GameMon process or reboot and execute again.

This is indicating that NProtect has already been loaded once and is still resident in memory. Please hit CONTROL-SHIFT-ESCAPE to bring up the task manager, click processes, and perform an end process on trose.exe and GameMon.des. If ending these processes does not resolve the error, please reboot your PC.


Error 153:
Q: GameGuard update fails to work and Error code 124, 150, or 153 is displayed.

A: Please redownload GameGuard by going into your Rose Folder and renaming the Gameguard folder there to Gameguard1 and then running Rose again.

If all above fails, please find all files with extension of .erl in the folder named GameGuard, located in the game directory, and send them to game@inca.co.kr with a description of errors. The errors will be analyzed in depth and they shall try to solve the problem for you.

Official Error Description: GameGuard.des file does not exist, is modified or corrupted. This can be resolved by reinstalling GameGuard.

Your installation of NProtect is either incomplete or damaged. Please delete the GameGuard folder and repatch ROSE NA Online, or try clicking on the [Check All] button on the patch menu.


Error 380:
Q: It says GameGuard failed to update. What do I do? (Error code: 380)
A: Please redownload GameGuard by going into your Rose Folder and renaming the Gameguard folder there to Gameguard1 and then running Rose again. If you are using Windows XP Service Pack 2, please check the firewall settings to grant GameGuard access. Sometimes, problems can disappear by restarting the PC.

A2: It is possible that a firewall application such as Sygate Firewall may be preventing GameGuard from accessing our servers. Please find your specific firewall and check if GameGuard.des is blocked or not.

If all above fails, please find all files with extension of .erl in the folder named GameGuard, located in the game directory, and send them to game@inca.co.kr with a description of errors. The errors will be analyzed in depth and they shall try to solve the problem for you.
Official Error Description: Failed to connect to the GameGuard update server. Try connecting again in a while, or check the network connection.

This is indicating that either there is a problem with your internet connection, security software on your PC is blocking NProtect from accessing its patch server, or the NProtect patch server is temporarily down. You may wish to wait a while and try again, and verify your firewall settings, as well.

Ok well how can i unblock n-protect? (even with firewall and antivirus off it doesnt work).

If its not n protect then what could my internet connection have to do with it and how can i verify that the connection is the problem and if thats the problem how to fix it.

I have made on my firewall all gameguard files exceptions so they are eccepted

well i have the same problem as alot of them and my acc is in fine condition. Every time it pops up with the "send all .erl files to..." ive done that and it didnt work. I need a solution

I've read through at least most of the problems posted here, and none are compatible with mine. My wife bought a brand new comp 2 weeks ago, and I basically installed Rose on it and thats all it has done since then. This morning her shop dced and when she went to restart it boots the game, takes her user name and pass, and as soon as she chooses a chan, it dces the game and says.."Hacking Tool Found : 20" I installed Avast and did a full scan, then adaware and did the same. When that didn't work, I did a system restore to 3 days ago. Still nothing, it gives the same code every time. The OS is Vista Home Premium, and even the direct emails to GG have remained unanswered. 1v1 on the rose tech site was replied to that they couldn't do anything. Anyone that has a fix or some advise please post.

for some reason i only get error 340 and i cant even get in to the game. The error is 340, 350, 361, 380

the error 380 isnt going away...:(
i have changed the name of my gameguard into gameguard1 and tried to play ROSE...
But the error is still pop'ing up! :(
I also set my firewall totally off, but it doesnt improve anything...
I really dont know what to do! can u help me?
