Patch Notes - 2023-11-12

Hello ROSE community,

We are releasing a patch ahead of our intended schedule as the Thanksgiving event will automatically begin on Monday and we need to deploy some changes before the event begins. Since we're in the middle of our normal patch cycle this update will be a bit smaller but includes a couple of interesting changes that were ready to release.
